Since we began in 1991, University Reporters has been a locally owned and operated business. Our founder and owner, Peggy A. Porter, was certified by the Court Reporters Board of California in 1983. She holds the National Court Reporters Association certifications of Certified Realtime Reporter, Registered Diplomat Reporter, Registered Merit Reporter and Registered Professional Reporter. She is also a Certified LiveNote Reporter.

Our office is located in Sacramento with complimentary conference rooms, WiFi internet and plenty of free parking. We also provide Court Reporting Services to most of Northern California, Bay Area, Fresno, and Bakersfield. Our reporters are professional, friendly, and are ready to provide a quick turn-around with their transcripts.
